4 Ways to Stay Positive

There are 4 ways to stay positive when life is throwing curve balls your way and you think your striking out.

1) Stay focused on the good. Make yourself a little list of all the wonderful or positive things that are going on in your life right now.This will keep the positive thoughts with you and make you realize that it really isn’t all that bad.

2) Stop and smell the roses-slow down! Take some time to enjoy the things in life, even the little things.

3) Start a gratitude jar or add to the one you already have, then sit down and reread what you have in that jar, the things that you have to be grateful for.

4) Find a place to relax, take 5 and regroup your mind and body.

Sometimes life can be so hectic that we forget to focus on the positive things that we have going on in our life so smile, because it makes you attractive, it changes your mood, it relieves stress and it helps you stay positive!
