Sometime when life throws stresses at you, just remind yourself to breath and to work through the things that have come up.
Everything can be worked through, you just have to take a deep breath, put your head into it and figure it out! You have friends & family to talk to, to help guide you if you’re struggling with answers of how to handle things. There is always a way to work things out-always!
Remember that no one is in charge of your happiness except you!
